I am sure this could be made into some kind of metaphor regarding photography and cameras but I haven't quite worked it out yet..

It was a tricky situation.
I don't intimidate easily and I do look kind of mean so I tend to ease off a bit unless physically threatened, especially when I am carrying a fair bit of kit. I was just saddened that people feel the need to react to photographers this way when they are probably the least harmful people on the planet.
I have had all kinds of abuse etc (when out with a camera) over the years and on occasion have had to go to task, but I usually put it down to a lack of education and sheer narrow mindedness, plus there usually twats...
